I am formerly a private practice doctor of 9 years integrated into academia. Currently, in addition to being the Externship Program Director for UIWRSO, I am the Assistant Dean for Clinical Affairs and lead instructor for our Basic and Advanced Contact Lens courses. I participate in research on myopia control and am a clinical instructor in our primary care, specialty contact lens and ocular disease clinics. My free time is spent with my daughter and husband playing soccer and watching basketball.
