Optometric Education Leadership Institute:

The goal of the OELI is to strengthen leadership competencies of accomplished senior-level faculty and administrators who have either expressed interest in assuming expanded leadership responsibilities or have been identified as emerging leaders within optometric education

Keeping the Plant Alive: Women in Optometry and Work Life Integration

Please join Dr. Alicia Feis and Dr. Millicent Knight for a panel discussion focused on the challenges that come with being a woman in leadership, male dominated spaces, and work life integration.

This half-day program will take place on April 7^th from 12:00 - 5:00 PM in Fort Worth, TX, followed by a joint reception with the OELI participants.
