Josephine Ibironke, O.D., MPH is a Professor of Optometry and the Assistant Dean at the Kentucky College of Optometry where she previously served as the Interim Director of Student Affairs.
As a student affairs and higher education professional, she is committed to student development by inspiring and empowering them so they can realize and reach their full potentials.
As an optometrist, she has expertise in providing eye care services to preschoolers, school age children and children with special needs.
In addition to her dedication to reducing preventable blindness in children, her diverse public health experience includes field research, consulting and health education.
