    Also, under Housing and Location Information, click Book Room and you will find the link to add your hotel check in/out dates at the Spring Hill Suites.

  • OOE SIG Registration will open April 5, 2025

    Hello Everyone, 

    Registration for the OOE SIG meeting at Arizona College of Optometry at Midwestern University on July 24-26, 2025 will open tomorrow April 5, 2025.

    Registration is set at $299. 

    We will be providing a rooming list to the hotel. There will be a google sheet link to add your check in/out dates in the housing and location info tab on Cvent.

    The agenda is in the works and will be provided once its been finalized. 

    Here is the tentative schedule:

    Thursday July 24
    5:00PM - 9:00PM

    Friday July 25
    9:00AM - 4:00PM Meeting
    630PM - 930PM Team Building Dinner

    Saturday July 26
    8:30AM - 1:00PM
